Our Mission

The Bohemia Civic Association's mission is to preserve the quality of our neighborhood, keep the community informed on issues that impact us, and to provide a unified voice for Connetquot residents on issues related to local government.

Our goals are to encourage public participation and awareness within the Connetquot community, implement neighborhood improvements and beautification projects, build strong relationships with other local organizations, and to encourage the growth of local businesses.

We encourage all Bohemia and Connetquot residents to take an interest in the issues that impact our community, and to come to our meetings to join in the discussion about how we can better improve our community’s future.

Upcoming Meetings:

Wednesday, January 15, 2020

7:00 pm at the Sycamore Elementary School.

Guests will be Dr. John Tanacredi, Executive Director of the Center for Environmental Research and Coastal Oceans Monitoring (CERCOM) at Molloy College, who will be giving us a presentation on water resources for Suffolk County; and Anthony Piccirillo, the newly elected Suffolk County Legislator for the 8th District, who will update us on his goals for his first term.

As usual, all community members are welcome to attend!
